Ticketing Policies

Program Changes and Cancellations

Programs and artists are subject to change. If an event presented Maestro Artist Management is postponed, we will announce the change—if time permits—by email, phone, a letter sent to your home, and on maestroartrist.com. To confirm a concert, e-mail to Maestro Artist Management at manager@maestroartist.com.

Single Ticket Sales

No refunds, no exchanges. Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change.

Donate Your Tickets

Event tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you are unable to use your tickets to a Maestro Artist Management event, we will gratefully accept them as a tax-deductible contribution. Please e-mail to Maestro Artist Management at manager@maestroartist.com for more information on how to donate your tickets. You can make this tax-deductible donation anytime up to two hours before the show.

Didn’t Get Your Tickets?

If you requested that we mail your tickets and did not receive them within 10 days of placing your order, please e-mail to Maestro Artist Management at manager@maestroartist.com with your order information to make alternative arrangements.
